CORONA, CA-After attracting nearly 500
enthusiastic home buyers to its first six neighborhoods, the
master-planned community of Sycamore Creek in Temescal Valley is
preparing to introduce four additional neighborhoods to fulfill the
continuing strong demand.
Making their debut this summer will
be Heritage by Christopher Homes, Amethyst Hills by Lennar Homes and
two collections from Fieldstone Communities, Monarch Ridge and Twin
Oaks.
Building upon the success of its Mountainview
neighborhood at Sycamore Creek, which is sold out, Christopher
Homes’ Heritage will feature beautifully crafted one- and two-story
luxury homes distinguished by Traditional, Farmhouse, Craftsman and
Spanish architectural styles. Four spacious floorplans will extend
from approximately 2,661 to 4,164 square feet with up to fi ve
bedrooms and four and one-half baths. Design highlights will include
lofts, decks, separate formal living and dining rooms, master
bedroom retreats and two-car garages with ample storage
space.
Amethyst Hills will exceed the expectations of
budget-minded buyers with four stylish two-story floorplans ranging
from approximately 2,150 to 2,578 square feet, including three to
four bedrooms and up to three baths plus a twoor three-bay garage.
Maximizing value will be a long list of Lennar’s “Everything’s
Included” amenities. Heading that list are sparkling kitchens with
slab granite countertops, European-style stained cabinetry and
General Electric stainless steel appliances, including
refrigerator.
Monarch Ridge will showcase four spacious fl
oorplans measuring approximately 2,492 to 3,357 square feet. Living
areas will encompass as many as six extraroomy bedrooms, many with
walk-in closets, and five baths. In addition, gourmet kitchens will
be enhanced by large pantries, and the striking appearance of the
homes will begin with Spanish, Traditional, Craftsman, French
Country and American Farmhouse architecture.
Generously
fulfilling the needs of large households, Twin Oaks will present fi
ve impressive fl oorplans spanning approximately 2,835 to 3,594
square feet, including up to seven bedrooms and fi ve baths. The
luxury caliber of the homes will be displayed in stunning kitchens
with large pantries and spacious bedrooms, many with walk-in
closets. Exteriors will make a memorable fi rst impression with
Spanish, Traditional, Craftsman and French Country
styling.
As anticipation builds for the start of sales at
those neighborhoods, four of the six original Sycamore Creek
neighborhoods are selling their final few homes at prices starting
in the $400,000s. They include The Trails by Ryland Homes, The
Alders by Capital Pacific Homes, and The Willows and The Bluffs by
Fieldstone Communities.
Heightening Sycamore Creek’s appeal
to families is its brand-new Swim Club and Recreation Center, where
leisure-time amenities are headed by a six-lane, 25-meter Junior
Olympic-length pool. In addition, an adult leisure pool, a toddlers’
wading pool and a children’s interactive water play zone provide
refreshment and recreation for residents of all ages.
The
Recreation Center also encompasses large grassy parklands, picnic
areas with tables and barbecue grills, an impressive Craftsman-style
clubhouse with exercise equipment, restrooms and outdoor showers as
well as a kitchenette and meeting spaces for special events and
celebrations.
In addition to the Swim Club and Recreation
Center, recreational opportunities will include two active
neighborhood parks, an open space park overlooking the nature
preserve, a pocket park and a 25-acre public regional sports park to
be developed by the County of Riverside.
Sycamore Creek also
encompasses large expanses of open space, including a 71-acre nature
preserve and wildlife corridor and nearly 15 acres of greenbelt
paseos and trails that connect to rustic paths leading into the
Cleveland National Forest, which provides a scenic backdrop for the
community.
At build-out, the four-phase Sycamore Creek
community is planned to offer 1,530 singlefamily residences and
approximately 230 attached homes. Along with its open space and
recreational amenities, plans call for a future elementary school
and two commercial properties.
Sycamore Creek is being
developed jointly by Fieldstone Communities, Inc. and Starwood
Capital Group. Fieldstone Communities, Inc., a locally owned and
privately held company with deep roots in the community , is among
Southern California’s most respected homebuilders. Fieldstone
Communities is part of The Fieldstone Group of Companies. Greenwich,
Connecticut- based Starwood Capital Group is a privately held
